Garlic Butter


MAGIMIX 3200:
Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
100g (200g) butter
2 (4) cloves of garlic
½ (1) shallot
2 (4) drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
300g butter
6 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
6 drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
400g butter
8 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
8 drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste

Method (all models):
  1. Peel the garlic and shallots.
  2. Dice butter into 2cm cubes
  3. Place the garlic and shallots in the mini bowl.
  4. Blend for 1 minute.
  5. Add Pastis and diced butter.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Blend for a further 1 minute to a smooth consistency.

The Garlic Butter can be kept in the fridge for several days, or stored in the freezer in an airtight container.

    Yes, many more to come. I shall be posting all the recipes we use at the cookery school. As I guess you've worked out,we use exclusively Magimix food processors at the school, so every one of the recipes I put up on this blog will be suited perfectly to the Magimix range.
