<li>Slice peppers and lemons using the 2mm slicing disc.</li>
<li>Fry vegetables for 5 minutes in a dash of olive oil and season.</li>
<li>For each fillet, take a square of baking parchment and place some of the vegetables in the centre.</li>
<li>Lay fish on top.</li>
<li>Sprinkle with white wine and add dill and lemon.</li>
<li>Season.</li>
<li>Wrap parcel like a sweet paper, tying ends with string.</li>
<li>Bake in oven at 180°C (gas mark 4).</li>

<ol><li>Peel potatoes and onions.</li>
<li>De-seed peppers.</li>
<li>Slice using 4mm slicing disc.</li>
<li>Fry the onion in a little olive oil in a large pan over a low heat for 2 minutes.</li>
<li>Add the peppers and garlic and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.</li>
<li>Pour in the water with a little salt.</li>
<li>Add potatoes, ginger, bouquet garni.</li>
<li>Simmer gently for the prescribed Cooking Time.</li>
<li>Discard bouguet garni.</li>
<li>Strain the vegetables reserving the cooking water.</li>
<li>Blend with mascarpone and olive oil in bowl fitted with metal blade.</li>
<li>Gradually add the cooking water via the feed tube.</li>
<li>Season with cayenne pepper.</li>
<li>Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.</li>

<ol><li>Dilute stock cubes into heated water.</li>
<li>Peel carrots and slice in midi bowl using 4mm slicing disc.</li>
<li>Cook in the stock.</li>
<li>Add a strip of orange peel to the cooking carrots.</li>
<li>Peel onions and chop in mini bowl.</li>
<li>Fry in a little olive oil and set aside.</li>
<li>Strain cooked carrots, reserving the stock.</li>
<li>Place carrots, onions, salt and pepper in bowl with metal blade fitted.</li>
<li>Blend and add stock via the feed tube.</li>
<li>Allow to cool.</li>
<li>Squeeze oranges using the citrus press.</li>
<li>Pour juice into the cold carrot soup.</li>
<li>Add cumin and acacia honey.</li>
<li>Stir well.</li>
<li>Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.</li>
</ol><i>Just before serving, shred a large carrot using the shredding disc, or the 4mm grating disc. Pour chilled soup into plates. Place a small mound of shredded carrot in the middle and decorate with a few basil leaves. For a milder soup, add a little creme fraiche.</i><br />
