MAGIMIX 3200:
Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 6 minutes
Ingredients:
100g (200g) butter
2 (4) cloves of garlic
½ (1) shallot
2 (4) drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste
MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
300g butter
6 cloves of garlic
2 shallots
6 drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste
MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
400g butter
8 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
8 drops of Pastis
Salt and pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Peel the garlic and shallots.
- Dice butter into 2cm cubes
- Place the garlic and shallots in the mini bowl.
- Blend for 1 minute.
- Add Pastis and diced butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend for a further 1 minute to a smooth consistency.
The Garlic Butter can be kept in the fridge for several days, or stored in the freezer in an airtight container.
