2 tbsp (3 tbsp) oil
4 (6) sprigs parsley

1½kg potatoes
6 garlic cloves
60g butter
5 tbsp oil
9 sprigs parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:
2kg potatoes
8 garlic cloves
80g butter
6 tbsp oil
12 sprigs parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Peel, rinse and dry potatoes.
- Peel garlic.
- Wash and dry parsley.
- Put garlic and parsley into mini bowl, with metal blade.
- Pulse 4 times.
- Grate potatoes using 2mm grating disc.
- Put grated potatoes in a large bowl with the chopped garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Heat half the oil and butter in a frying pan.
- Tip in grated potato, press down to form a cake.
- Cook over a moderate heat for 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn out onto a plate.
- Heat the rest of the oil and butter.
- Slide the cake into the pan on the uncooked side.
- Fry for a further15 minutes.
