4 carrots
4 courgettes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped tarragon
salt and pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Wash carrots and courgettes.
- Peel carrots.
- Grate carrots and unpeeled courgettes in the bowl fitted with the 4mm grating disc.
- Heat olive oil in frying pan.
- Add vegetables.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Vegetables should be cooked al dente.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Check seasoning and scatter with the chopped tarragon.
