MAGIMIX 3200:

Ingredients:
1 (2) egg yolks
1 (1½) tsp English mustard
150 (300)ml olive oil
1 (2) tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
MAGIMIX 4200:

Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
3 egg yolks
2 tsp English mustard
450ml olive oil
3 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
2½ tsp English mustard
600ml olive oil
4 tsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Put egg yolks, mustard and a teaspoon of the oil in the mini bowl.
- Blend for 20 seconds.
- Slowly drizzle half the remaining oil through the feed tube.
- Increase flow of oil as the mixture thickens.
- Add salt and pepper.
- With processor still running, pour in the rest of the oil.
- At the very last minute, add the vinegar.
- All ingredients must be at room temperature.
- Use whole eggs to achieve a softer consistency.
