Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Fit dough hook.
- Tip flour, salt and sugar into bowl.
- Switch on.
- Dissolve yeast in water and pour in via feed tube, with processor running.
- Blend for 1 minute to form a ball of dough.
- Allow to rest for 30 minutes in processor bowl, with pusher in place.
- Pulse 3 to 4 times to 'knock down' dough.
- Dust with flour and place in cake tin.
- Leave to 'prove' for approximately 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 210°C (gas mark 6/7)and bake.
- Allow to cool before eating.
