Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Make dough following the Bread recipe.
- After dough has been allowed to rise for 2 hours, peel onion and slice using the 2mm disc.
- Brown onion slices in a frying pan and add bacon.
- Divide dough into equal pieces.
- Spread out flat and scatter with bacon and fried onion.
- Roll into bun shapes.
- Brush with beaten egg yolk.
- Preheat oven to 210 deg C (gas mark 6/7)
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
