Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Make bread dough
- Allow dough to rise for 2 hours.
- Put chorizo and olives in mini bowl.
- Pulse 3 to 4 times.
- Set aside.
- Divide dough into equal pieces.
- Spread out flat and scatter with chorizo and olives.
- Roll into bun shapes.
- Brush with beaten egg yolk.
- Preheat oven to 210 deg C (gas mark 6/7).
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Leave to cool.
