1 (2) tsp garlic paste
1 (2) egg yolks
200ml (300ml) olive oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
1g powdered saffron
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

450ml olive oil
1½ tbsp tomato puree
2g powdered saffron
1 pinch cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
4 tsp garlic paste
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp tomato puree
2g powdered saffron
2 pinches cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Place garlic paste into mini bowl
- Add egg yolk(s), saffron and cayenne pepper
- Season lightly with salt and pepper
- Blend for 20 seconds
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil via the feed tube
- Add the tomato pure via the feed tube
- Pulse a few times to obtain a smooth consistency
Important note:
Eggs should be at room temperature.
Serve with Mediterranean fish stew (bouillabaisse), fried or poached fish and fish soup.
