Ingredients to make 800g of Stuffing:
400g fresh pork400g streaky bacon

4 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 sprigs of parsley
Method (all models):
- Debone pork and bacon and cut into chunks
- Peel garlic
- Place pork, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper in bowl with metal blade
- Pulse until mixture reaches desired consistency
- Stuffing should not be too smooth
