150g (200g) anchovies in olive oil1½ (2) garlic cloves
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 bread slice
5 tbsp (6 tbsp) creme fraiche

9 tbsp creme fraiche

360g anchovies in olive oil
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 bread slices
11 tbsp creme fraiche
Pepper to taste
Method (all models):
- Drain anchovies on kitchen paper.
- Soak bread slices in milk and squeeze out surplus.
- Put anchovies, bread, garlic (discard central shots), vinegar and pepper in the mini bowl.
- Blend for approximately 30 seconds to obtain a paste.
- With processor running for another 20 seconds or so, gradually add the creme fraiche via the feed tube until completely absorbed.
