60g butter
90g caster sugar

225g raisins

Ingredients:
600g plain flour
30g fresh yeast
75g butter
120g caster sugar
360ml milk
1 tsp vanilla flavoured sugar
300g raisins
Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Add milk.
- Dissolve yeast in a small bowl with a little water.
- Combine the sugars and flour in bowl with dough hook.
- Add diluted yeast and butter/milk mixture via feed tube.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Leave dough in food processor bowl to rise for 1 hour.
- Add raisins via feed tube.
- Knock down dough by pulsing 4 to 5 times.
- Transfer dough to a large bowl.
- Leave to rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Divide dough into small buns.
- Arrange on baking tray.
- Leave to prove for a few minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 deg C (gas mark 4).
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
