Ingredients:
3 leeks
4 carrots
2 celery sticks
6 cooked potatoes
60g butter
2 tbsp creme fraiche
1000ml water
Salt & pepper to taste
Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Peel & wash the raw vegetables.
- Cut vegetables and the cooked potatoes into chunks.
- Transfer to food processor bowl with metal blade.
- Add butter.
- Pulse 3 times.
- Start food processor.
- Add a glass of water via the feed tube.
- Blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour preparation into a saucepan.
- Add the remaining water.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to the boil.
- Simmer over a moderate heat for 10 minutes.
- Add creme fraiche when ready to serve.
