115g white flour

2 eggs
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp demerara sugar
2 tbsp molasses*
300ml milk
150ml yoghurt
3 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds (or linseed)
1 tsp salt
MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
450g wholemeal flour
150g white flour
40g softened butter
2 eggs
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp demerara sugar
2 tbsp molasses*
400ml milk
200ml yoghurt
4 tbsp sesame seeds
4 tbsp sunflower seeds (or linseed)
1 tsp salt
Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
- Combine the flours and bicarbonate of soda in bowl with dough hook.
- Add butter.
- Blend for 30 seconds
- Add the egg, molasses, milk, yoghurt and seeds.
- Knead to obtain a fairly stiff dough.
- Place dough in buttered tin.
- Preheat oven to 200 deg C (gas mark 6).
- Bake for prescribed Baking Time.
