Aioli Sauce

Ingredients:
½ (1) bowl mayonnaise
2 - 3 (4 - 5) garlic cloves

Preparation Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
1½ bowls mayonnaise
6 - 8 garlic cloves

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
2 bowls mayonnaise
8 - 10 garlic cloves

Method (all models):

1. Peel the garlic and place in the mini bowl.
2. Blend for 30 seconds.
3. Leave the resulting garlic paste in bottom of bowl
4. Make mayonnaise on top of the garlic paste.

Makes a tasty vegetable dip.
