Chocolate and Hazelnut Spread

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 3 minutes
100g (150g) butter
70g (100g) dark chocolate
150g (200g) condensed milk
20g (30g) hazelnuts

Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes 
200g butter
130g dark chocolate
250g condensed milk
40g hazelnuts

Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes 
250g butter
160g dark chocolate
300g condensed milk
50g hazelnuts

Method (all models):
  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a saucepan of very hot water.
  2. Chop the hazelnuts in the mini bowl
  3. Pulse 4/5 times
  4. Blend for 1 minute
  5. Add chocolate mixture.
  6. Blend for 1 minute whilst adding the condensed milk through the feed tube.
Store the spread in a jar at either room temperature for a soft consistency or in the fridge if firmer consistency is preferred. Will keep for several weeks refrigerated.
