Whipped Cream

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
150ml (300ml) whipping cream
30g (60g) icing sugar

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
450ml whipping cream
90g icing sugar

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
500ml whipping cream
100g icing sugar

Method (all models):
  1. Place the bowl and ingredients in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Whisk the cream in the bowl with the egg whisk.
  3. Add icing sugar when cream starts to thicken.
  4. Continue whisking for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Ensure cream does not turn into butter.
For a thicker cream, put the preparation back in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Avoid using low-fat whipping cream as this will give disappointing results.
