Pizza Dough

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Rising: 1 hr
Ingredients:
190g (250g) plain flour
7g (10g) fresh yeast
2 tbsp oil
100ml (125ml) water
1 pinch of salt

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Rising: 1 hr
Ingredients:
375g plain flour
15g fresh yeast
3 tbsp oil
190ml water
2 pinches of salt

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Rising: 1 hr
Ingredients:
500g plain flour
20g fresh yeast
4 tbsp oil
250ml water
2 pinches of salt

Method (all models):
  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little water
  2. Place the flour, dissolved yeast, salt and oil in the bowl with the dough hook
  3. Blend for 30 secs
  4. Add the water via the feed tube
  5. Cover the dough with a tea towel
  6. Leave to rise for 1 hour
If possible, purchase fresh yeast from your local baker
