Pancake Batter

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
175g (250g) plain flour
2 (3) eggs
1 tbsp oil
250ml (500ml) milk
1 pinch of salt

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
375g plain flour
4 eggs
1½ tbsp oil
750ml milk
2 pinches of salt

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
500g plain flour
6 eggs
2 tbsp oil
1l milk
2 pinches of salt

Method (all models):
  1. Place the flour, eggs, oil and salt in the bowl with the metal blade.
  2. Blend for 30secs
  3. Gradually add milk via the feed tube.
  4. Blend for a further 2mins.
The pancakes will be even better if the batter is left to stand for 2 hours.
For lighter pancakes, replace ¼ of the milk with beer.
