Pesto

MAGIMIX 3200:
Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 garlic clove
1 bunch of basil
40g (50g) pine kernels
80ml (100ml) olive oil
40g (50g) parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
2 bunches of basil
75g pine kernels
150ml olive oil
75g parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves
2 bunches of basil
90g pine kernels
180ml olive oil
90g parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

Method (all models):
  1. Wash basil.
  2. Remove leaves and pat dry.
  3. Peel garlic cloves.
  4. Slice cloves in half.
  5. Discard central shoots.
  6. Place garlic, basil, pine kernels, parmesan, pinch of pepper and 1 teaspoon of salt in the mini bowl.
  7. Pulse 10 times or until mixture is smooth.
  8. Add olive oil via feed tube while processor is running.

Delicious with pasta!
