Sausage Meat

Preparation Time: 8 (10) minutes
Ingredients to make 300g (400g) of Stuffing:
150g (200g) fresh pork
150g (200g) streaky bacon
1 garlic clove
1½ (2) tsp salt
½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 sprig of parsley

Ingredients to make 600g of Stuffing:
300g fresh pork
300g streaky bacon
2 garlic cloves

3 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 sprigs of parsley


MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients to make 800g of Stuffing:
400g fresh pork
400g streaky bacon
3 garlic cloves

4 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 sprigs of parsley

Method (all models):
  1. Debone pork and bacon and cut into chunks
  2. Peel garlic
  3. Place pork, bacon, parsley, salt and pepper in bowl with metal blade
  4. Pulse until mixture reaches desired consistency
  5. Stuffing should not be too smooth
Sausage meat can be used for stuffing tomatoes and other vegetables, as well as stuffing joints and making beef olives.
