Fennel and Fresh Goat's Cheese

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
¼ (½) fennel bulb
60g (100g) fresh goat's cheese
¼ (½) lemon
15g (25g) hazelnuts
2 tsp (1 tbsp) hazelnut oil
Chives, mint & chervil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
¾ fennel bulb
150g fresh goat's cheese
1 lemon
40g hazelnuts
1½ tbsp hazelnut oil
Chives, mint & chervil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 fennel bulb
180g fresh goat's cheese
1 lemon
50g hazelnuts
2 tbsp hazelnut oil
Chives, mint & chervil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

Method (all models):
  1. Pulse hazelnuts 6/7 times in the mini bowl and set aside.
  2. Wash fennel.
  3. Cut into small chunks.
  4. Put in mini bowl and pulse a few times.
  5. Add lemon juice, goat's cheese, oil, herbs, salt and pepper.
  6. Pulse 5/6 times.
  7. Scatter with the chopped hazelnuts.
Serve with toasted slices of bread.
