Olive and Chorizo Buns

Baking Time:30 minutes
Ingredients:
Bread
50g (100g) stones olives
50g (100g) chorizo
1 egg yolk

150g stones olives
150g chorizo
2 egg yolks

Ingredients:
Bread
200g stones olives
200g chorizo
2 egg yolks

Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
  1. Make bread dough
  2. Allow dough to rise for 2 hours.
  3. Put chorizo and olives in mini bowl.
  4. Pulse 3 to 4 times.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Divide dough into equal pieces.
  7. Spread out flat and scatter with chorizo and olives.
  8. Roll into bun shapes.
  9. Brush with beaten egg yolk.
  10. Preheat oven to 210 deg C (gas mark 6/7).
  11. Bake for 30 minutes.
  12. Leave to cool.
