Tapenade

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
125g (250g) stoned olives
1 (2) anchovies in olive oil
½ tbsp (1 tbsp)capers
½ tsp (1 tsp) mustard
½ (1) lemon
50ml (100ml) olive oil
Pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
400g stoned olives
3 anchovies in olive oil
1½ tbsp capers
1½ tsp mustard
1½ lemons
150ml olive oil
Pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
500g stoned olives
4 anchovies in olive oil
2 tbsp capers
2 tsp mustard
2 lemons
200ml olive oil
Pepper to taste

Method (all models):
  1. Squeeze lemon juice into the mini bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients except the olive oil.
  3. Blend for approximately 30 seconds to obtain a paste.
  4. Blend for a further 10 to 20 seconds whilst gradually adding olive oil via the feed tube, until completely absorbed.
Delicious on toasted slices of country loaf.
