Gazpacho

Serves: 2 to (4)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
250g (500g) ripe tomatoes
⅛ (¼) cucumber
⅛ (¼) red pepper
¼ (½) garlic clove
1 tbsp (2 tbsp) olive oil
1 dash of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 4200:
Serves: 6
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
750g ripe tomatoes
⅓ cucumber
⅓ red pepper
¾ garlic clove
3 tbsp olive oil
2 dashes of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1000g ripe tomatoes
½ cucumber
½ red pepper
1 garlic clove
4 tbsp olive oil
2 dashes of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Method (all Magimix Food Processor models):
  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Peel cucumber.
  3. Remove stalks from other vegetables.
  4. De-seed pepper.
  5. Cut all vegetables into lark chunks and place in bowl with metal blade fitted.
  6. Blend.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
  8. Pulse 2 to 3 times.
  9. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
For a more sophisticated starter, garnish with vegetable dice before serving. If you are catering for 2 people, use the mini bowl.
