Cocktail Sauce

½ (1) bowl mayonnaise
2 (1 tbsp) tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp (1 tbsp) port/brandy
1 (1) tsp Worcester Sauce
1 (2) drops Tabasco
2 tsp (1 tbsp) crème fraiche

Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Ingredients:
1½ bowl mayonnaise
1½ tbsp tomato ketchup
1½ tbsp port/brandy
2 tsp Worcester Sauce
3 drops Tabasco
1½ tbsp crème fraiche

MAGIMIX 5200:
Serves: 8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:2 bowls mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp port/brandy
2 tsp Worcester Sauce
4 drops Tabasco
2 tbsp crème fraiche

Method (all models):

1. Make a mayonnaise following the Mayonnaise recipe.
2. Add all ingredients to mayonnaise.
3. Pulse 5 to 6 times.

Classic accompaniment to prawns and avocado.
